Rates for 2019 are as follows.....
High season
February 17th - March 16th
April 8th - April 21st
June 18th - August 26th
November 21st - November 25th
December 2nd - December 18th
High season is priced at £230 per night (£1610 per week)
A minimum stay of 5 nights is required
Peak season
March 17th - April 7th
December 19th - January 5th (2019)
Peak season is priced at £285 per night (£1995 per week)
A minimum stay of 5 nights is required
Low season
January 4th - February 16th
April 22nd - June 17th
August 27th - November 20th
November 26th - December 1st
Low season is priced at £220 per night (£1540 per week)
A minimum stay of 5 nights is required

We often have special rates available especially if it’s last minute, if we have a gap to fill or if you’re a smaller family.
Booking information
To secure your dates we require a non refundable deposit of £200 per week (and part weeks) along with a completed booking form.
The balance is due 10 weeks before your stay along with a refundable security deposit of £350 which will be returned to you upon inspection of the property after departure.
All rates are inclusive of the state of Florida tourist tax at 13%.
Rates include.....
All Linens, towels, pool towels, high speed Internet use, weekly pool cleaning and end of stay cleaning fee.
Pool heating is optional. We recommend this for the winter months of October through to April and is charged at £20 per day (minimum of 5 days)
The villa sleeps a maximum of 13 guests.
Strictly no smoking.
Pets are not permitted at the property.
